För att få shorewall att starta vid boot så behövs följande:
In 16.04 e-Vent's service file exists at /lib/systemd/system/shorewall.service. If you run:

sudo systemctl enable /lib/systemd/system/shorewall.service

a symlink will be created in /etc/systemd/system/basic.target.wants/ and shorewall will start on boot.
